They'd probably look different, but not THAT different. Some
constellations
have stars in them fairly close to earth - Virgo's nearest star. Ross 128,
is only 10 lightyears away from earth. On the other hand, other
constellations are formed from much more distant stars - Gemini's nearest
star is more than 30 light years away. 

The sky would be similar enough in the Centauri system that you would
easily be able to work out where Sol's system is. But that would be true
at
much greater distances too, not by looking at constellations, but by
looking at distinctive stars and working out where you'd have to be in
space where they would all appear in the right places in the sky. It
doesn't even take a lot of stars to do that - a handful is enough if you
have good ways to measure the angles. *
