She probably is a construct.  (They probably all are, but her more
clearly than anybody.)  That's orthogonal
to whether she visited Earth or not.

I think we're pretty much done with the implanted memories thing. 
The 4 final Cylons, we're told very clearly, don't have fake
memories, they have always been Cylons.

I definitely read that what Starbuck remembers really happened
to her.    Having the higher beings send back a fake starbuck with
fake photos doesn't make a lot of sense.   If these beings want to
trick or destroy the fleet, they are obviously at a level where they can
do it easily.   What they do want, we don't yet know, but RDM seems to
want to stay away from the SF cliche of the doppelganger/evil twin.
Even if Starbuck is a construct, she's a duplication of the first
Starbuck, a continuation just as Boomer and Athena and Caprica Six and
the rest are.
