yeah, but to ben, this is his m.o. and it almopst always works with 
people of conscience. I don;t think he realized how cold Keamy was.

Ben called for Smokey after Alex was shot, I believe.

That's what makes this show good - several ways of interpreting 
characters' actions. Just like real life ;-)
