Music selections on Lost are chosen carefully according to the show  
runners. This one in particular was addressed by them on a recent podcast 

or teleconference. But it was addressed.


The following are my comments, not the show runners:

The song by Cobain was about a boy who had no scent (Scentless Apprentice)

I remember Cobain...and Cortney....and Bush....

Do you know what Corbain was listening to (music) when he took a shotgun  
and....died?
