Baltar doesn't have much of a track record when it comes to sciencin'
these days. His Cylon detector was a bust. His maps of the road to
Earth are in Gaeta's hands. And Gaeta figured out that the star was
going to go supernova without Baltar's help. I still think that Felix
has the inside track on being the final Cylon.

I'm going to say yes. It's not like they have a lot of divorce lawyers
running around the fleet encouraging couples to fight over who gets
custody of the daggit.
