Scientists say the more and the longer your skin can retain water, the
healthier you are. It doesn't have to be 45 minutes. But only air can take
care of the H2O molecules from your skin cells. And of course you use
another fresh dry towel to wrap around you. But it is more for modesty.
Walking around ****d will make you completely dry faster.
