You should listen to the podcast for it. You can subscribe to them
for free through iTunes. Unfortunately, they only have one available
at a time. The one for "The Doctor's Daughter" is with Tennant,
Russell Davies, and Alice Troughton (the director). I'm guessing
it'll be available up until the next one is uploaded -- when I
subscribed to it, the one that was listed as available was for
"The Poison Sky", but what downloaded was for "The Doctor's Daughter".

I'm sure it was for cueing Martha's dialogue.

Davies did confess in the podcast that after everything was shot,
they realized that included a fish man dying from drowning. :-)
