Egwene entered T'A'R in the flesh. She has no voices speaking to her.
Several male Forsaken (and female?) have entered T'A'R in the flesh.
No mention of other voices speaking to them.
OTOH, Rand has both his soul and that of The Dragon in him. Hmm. Could
that be the source of the other voice?
Also, Rand heard LTT before he went after Rahvin in tFoH, which is
when he entered T'A'R in the flesh for the first time. Right? That one
I can't recall as well as the other points.
