At at least one of those Min saw, Edsina, IIRC, was captured by the
seanchen in
Ebou Dar and free'd by Mat before he left (CoT). Considering the breadth
of the Seanchen advance in tPoD, CoT and KoD; it's entirely likely that
other
Aes Sedai have also been collared by the Seanchen, without any necessity
for the Seanchen to invade Tar Valon.

Actually, by Occam's razor, it _is_ relevent here, as Edesina is the only
example we have and we know she wasn't collared in the tower. Thus, it
is far more likely that any others that Min viewed were also captured away
from the tower.
