sammael wasn't balefired nor is he unressurectable but to that affect
nor is asmodean (i hope my spelling is correct) who has become specks
of dust floating towards the floor...
oth of the aforentioned have comitted the grave sin of dying - not at
the hands of al'thor so why would the DO pull one out oblivion and not
the other... we know that asmodean was bound to become a traitor to
the DO's cause by helping rand but all the forsaken had their own
ajendas to promote not all of which have always colinear to the DO's
scheme of future events.
Im not saying it cant be samy but RJ has said both of them were DEAD

plus - as an aside. Mashadars EVIL is not of the same nature as the
DO's so I would not consider Samael's soul to be within the DO's realm
of Influence. i would think Sammael lost to the DO and the Forsaken
