As a Kiwi I found this quite hilarious. Trying to research the
different cultures present in Randland I found this gem in the FAQ:

Land of Madmen: Australia?

What I find almost as funny is the Aiel are described as:

Aiel: Cheyenne, Apache, Zulu, Bedouin, Japanese, Berbers

Yet they're all white in Randland! :-D
