Maybe Fain is developing his own very special power, The Really Super
Dooper True Power.

=46rom memory, the True Power comes from the DO, and if/when the DO is
destroyed, so is the Source of the True Power.  If Fain develops into
a new DO, then he could become a source of power unto himself.
