Depends on how efficient and dependable they and their tech is, but one
factor would be how many of them were do do the exploring.  So let's say
their population was 1 billion at the time and it doubled each century.
After 5 billion years there would be something like 10**15051500 of
them, or 10**15051420 people per cube meter of the Universe (assuming
78 ly radius of the Universe).  So I think they'd have enough people to
explore it rather well.  Of course they might hit some snag before that.
