	Yes, for the same reason having a twin brother who was
POTUS wouldn't disqualify someone.

	Hey, the Spectre endorses FDR, I am going to listen 
carefully (We do need to keep Superman from revealing his secret
ID to POTUSES, though) or I would if I was an American. The guy
sank the entire Nazi fleet single-footed and he has an unfortunate
sense of humor. Lord knows what he will do to Repblicans.

	Kal El isn't eligible to run (He's an illegal immigrant
or effectively one) plus he has an unfortunate tendency to go all
dictatorish when one of his human pets dies.

	Steve Rogers might be a bit too constrained by his personal
ethics to make an effective president.

	In general, superheroes make lousy team players and as a rule,
even the smart ones do some pretty dumb things. Not good bets for
positions
of responsibility, unless your vision for the nation's future involves a
power-crazed Computo eating Congress or animatronic celebrity replica
***-bots turning up in White House closets.
