The Duncans, along with House of Prayer pastor Rev. Arthur Allen Jr.,
were convicted of cruelty to children in 2002.
A DeKalb County judge convicted Allen, along with the Duncans in
January 2003 on charges of aggravated assault and cruelty to children.
The charges stemmed from the whipping of two boys in front of the
House of Prayer congregation in 2001.
