Thats a cute cliche but a false one.
Leader****p first requires a Cause, either great or small, to rally
everyone around.
Winning a Superbowl, a War, freeing slaves, building a nation and so
on
Without a purpose or goal there is no need for a leader.
The leader is the one that recruits others, rallys them, inspires
them, drives
them and overcome all obstacles to succeed and reach that goal.
A goal that he cannot or will not achieve alone
