yes Kirk is lucky, lucky to have Spock, Scotty, McCoy etc to bail him
out of the messes he gets them in. and they are the ones who bring
those above qualities to the leader****p table.
he frequently hogs the glory and takes the credit and spends most of
his
time seducing women.
he is not very good for a persons career especially the bridge crew.
or quick with promotions. Look how long he kept them at their posts
instead of
promoting them. and if you are a red ****rt, you are dead.
He CHEATS. a great leader would have figured out how to win without
cheating.
He is in frequent hot water with his superiors for violating regs.and
the prime directive
and his crew has been known to mutiny more than once.
He is known to be a swaggering, overbearing, tin-plated dictator with
delusions of godhood
but I will concede he is not soft like a regulan blood worm
tphile
and he kinda reminds me of a denebian slime devil.
