Hm.  Which Heinlein mentioned somebody being aquited of receiving
a bribe somebody else was convicted of giving?  Or vice versa?
SiaSL, I expect.  ANYhoo, in this case, I don't think the donat-or
could even be charged, only the donat-ee.
