Cute.  The sad thing is, there are actually people who believe this is 
sensible.

OOTC: What was the name of the novel -- semi-facetious -- by Niven and 
Pournelle (or Niven and somebody else, or Pournelle and somebody else, 
or Niven and Pournelle and somebody else, about the ice age that 
followed a reduction in carbon emissions?  The ones where Fans save the 
folk(s) dropped from orbit?
