CHULA VISTA, Calif. -- A man convicted of raping and pimping teenage
girls was sentenced Wednesday, 10News re****ted.
Darren Hilton, 28, was charged with 11 felonies, including rape,
pimping, forced oral copulation and performing lewd acts on a child.

Family members were dismayed as they heard Judge Alvin Green sentence
Darren. He said nothing, sitting still until the family's pastor read
a letter on their behalf.
"The friends of the family know Darren as a helpful and caring person.
He spent most of his time at home," said the pastor.
