Tim:
Nice advice and recipe, thanks. But - did liquor & ADHD
meds/Dexedrine contribute to the phenomena of Apple Corps., in 1968?
"The Beatles: Anthology" DVD has the answer.
I'm working on a bona fide analogous recipe, because technically I
"might be a giant dwarve", and it takes a great deal of
electrochemical stimulation and thus, inertia to get and stay
physically rolling (6', 170 pounds of muscle, bone, eyes, etc.) so I
prescribe myself Cold/Flu/Dayquil + Yohimbe + LiverAid + plenty of
Litpon's Tea (1/2 gal. per day).
"It's always been about being physical," (B. Springsteen "Born to
Run"). I'm an average ordinary guy, grateful for minor manic and
depressive phases, hoping to evolve any bipolar mentality into a
dodecapolar one, soon.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and
to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under Canada, above
Mexico - of many peoples, promising liberty and justice for all.
