Has anyone else read and enjoyed Stargate (1982) by Pauline Gedge. It was
a
SFBC selection that year. I've always loved and fondly remember this
story
but never saw any other books by Gedge. I see on Wikipedia that it lists
about 12 books with scifi/fantasy sounding titles but have never seen any
of
the others in book stores or on Amazon.
I was dissappointed when Stargate the movie came out and wasn't based on
this book. (although I did enjoy the movie and the early years of the
series)
