I've also read this.  From the Cambridge central library, which has an
online catalog...

"The mammoth book of best new science fiction : 18th annual
collection"

....but the book's entry does not extend to a table of contents.  If
only there were an online database of science fiction books.

In seriousness, I haven't ever used ISFDB.org, but I do hope it gets
fixed soon.
