In "Child of All Ages", it's not "everyone's body", but the heroine's
body and few others (I recall one other distinctly), and she doesn't
live with others of her own "age", either real or apparent.  She's not
in real estate -- part of the story is how hard it is for a
pre-pubescent girl to live alone in the West in modern times, as she
can't really have a career or much of a job.  (Hey, the Internet
opened up possibilities for her again.  On the Internet, nobody can
tell you're a never-aging girl from classical Greece.)
