The closest I can come up with is that various episodes of
_The Twilight Zone_ and _The Outer Limits_ were adapted from
pre-existing SF stories. Quite a few of those stories can be
found in the multi-volume anthology _The Science Fiction Hall of
Fame_. However, both of these were one-hour shows, not half-hour.
You might also look at stand-alone adaptations of Edgar Allen Poe
short stories, which are plentiful; some of those may be half-hour
shows. The Wikipedia entry on Poe might suggest some shows, and
the stories themselves are widely anthologized and may be on
Gutenberg.
