It just happens that many Creationists try, dishonestly, to use the
fact that evolutionists don't have all the details of the origin of
life nailed down as proof that Divine Creation took place.

And when it comes to astronomy, the proof the Universe has been around
for a lot longer than a few thousand years is the fact we can see the
stars, so one can't claim that the "other sciences" threatened by
Creationism also lack proof.
