Snow did write at least one SF novel: _New Lives for Old_. 
(Exploring the consequences of developing a rejuvenation treatment 
using that nanotech of the thirties, hormones.)  Published 
anonymously and never AFAIK reprinted.  (When my dad, a Snow 
enthusiast who'd been looking for the book for years, finally 
managed to track it down, the copy he bought turned out to have 
come from Donald A. Wollheim's library.)

Given its obscurity and unlikelihood of being reprinted, I'd be 
tempted to scan and OCR it, if I were sure it was out of copyright.  
(It's too late for that to be automatic, but it probably wouldn't 
have had its copyright renewed.  But it's a foreign work, which 
makes things tricky.  I asked Project Gutenberg, but they seem to 
do a bright-line pre-1922/post-1922 determination.)
