Case in point, when i stopped off at a bookstore in Berkely to see if
they had a copy of the latest Diana Wynne Jones books.  I have no idea
what about theri advertisement for Mama Bear Books made me think they
would have her, but the startled/wary looks I received from the women
inside made me realize that I had wandered into a store that really
wasn't um...welcoming of men.

I'm pretty sure they burned handfulls of sage to purify the place
after I left.
