Out of Canada there is:
Challenging Destiny used to publish in print, but has digital issues
only now. They're at issue 25. Information and digital copies of the
later issues at: www.challengingdestiny.com
On Spec is a digest format print magazine, which publishes speculative
fiction. It's been running since around 1980. Information at:
www.onspec.ca Prints almost all fiction, but carries occasional
articles.
Neo-opsis Science Fiction Magazine* is a digest format print magazine,
which contains fiction, science and SF articles, news con re****ts and
reviews. Issue 14 is due out in about a month. I can't speak to this one
objectively, being the editor. Information at: www.neo-opsis.ca
Subscriptions to On Spec and Neo-opsis are available anywhere in the
world, but most of the bookstore distribution for them is within Canada.
*We recently had a company contact us which beams magazine content into
space. I have to let them know that we've only purchased serial rights
from the contributors and don't have rights to ransmit digital copies.
