The big three - Analog, Asimov's, and Fantasy & Science Fiction - are
all still in print. And, for that matter, all still on the news stand
at my local Barnes & Noble.
However, my local B&N is just a few blocks over from the Skunk Works,
so their selection may not be entirely typical. Circulation overall
is down substantially over the past decade, so if that's the sort of
thing you're looking for, you need to speak up - either to the manager
of your local newsstand/bookstore, or to the subscription department
at the magazine of your choice.
Beyond that, the answer to your question is that the magazines have
gone to the web. You can mostly get them for free there, and you'll
mostly get what you pay for, but there's a few that have figured out
how to do some good work.
