I have heard, occasionally, tales of there being progress in
David Gerrold's Chtorr series, although I don't really expect it to be
finished anytime soon. I admit my enthsiasm for the series was a
short-lived one and I'd not be waiting earnestly for the next book
even if it were coming out this decade.

Here I'm afraid I can't help; I haven't followeed this series
at all. Sword and Sorcery generally leaves me cool.
