Yes.  A much better point-and-flip interface, and very unlikely
to be retroactively obsoleted if you upgrade your computer, or to
have difficulty getting the software on new sidgets.  Plus you
*can* always upload it for personal use (um... that's still legal,
isn't it) so the DRM is less onerous.  I suspect such uploads will
become easier over time (unless DRM-mongers try to get ahold of all
the imaging software as part of the nefarious scheme to use security
and copyright as an excuse to ruin everything, which i suppose they
might well do, but I digress).
