[Not "SF" as in San Francisco, "SF" as in "Speculative Fiction".]
Flying to SF City, you land at Langston Field. To go into the City,
take Alderson Drive -- you'll get there in nothing flat.
The main thoroughfare is Alpha Ralpha Boulevard, which p***** over the
Bridge of Birds and the Bridge of Lost Desire. It ends at the Plaza
of Liberty, near the intersection of the Avenue of Nine and Glory
Road. Before you is the magnificent Jenghik Palace. Beside it is a
park with the beautiful Fountains of Paradise. If you wander in on a
day with good weather, you may find an old man at a table willing to
challenge you to a game of Thrones.

The Revolt of the Technocrats has reached its inevitable victory, and
the Men! Of! Science! have established Utopia, of course. The capital
is the first truly scientific city. They took its features from
literature ... the only real literature, SF (be broad-minded and
include science fiction proper, fantasy, horror, and the like).
What are the landmarks and features of the city?
Or, more prosaically: there's lots of visibility to names of planets,
suns, star clusters, galaxies, and such, but I'm wondering: what are
some of the smaller features, like famous streets, bridges, and such?
And can you stump people with references? -- At that, I've cheated
outrageously by trying to be clever with things like "Langston Field"
and "a game of Thrones". I'd like to avoid made-up names like
"Bel Riose Blvd" or "Darkover Street", unless those names actually
appear in fiction in that form.
