Next shoe to drop in Dresden Files?

Ok, Marcone is a member of the Accords and hires supernatural staff.  He
is
also a known criminal and presumably has the Feds as well as the local
police
watching and waiting for him to make a wrong move.

Murphy is, if not exactly insisting on enforcing the government's monopoly
on deadly force, at least insisting in being involved in the planning of
the use of said deadly force.

Can the FBI and DOD really be ignorant of the situation?  How and when
do they make their entrance?

Of course one of the conventions of Urban Fantasy is that even when the
government is aware of the supernatural, it doesn't intervene as vampires
and werewolves slaughter each other, so it may not happen, but this is
the Harry-verse where despite all the bureaucratic backstabbers and
incompetents, large organizations do actually tend to have good people who
try to do the right thing.
