Insufficient data -- you've talked bout the physical side of the
body, and the environment, but not the mind.  If I'm reading this
right you can build a (fake) Kryptonian body, but I don't see any
capability to construct a mind with Clark Kent's memories, morality
and values to put in it.

In fact, how do you convince the Subject that he even _is_ the
character you've chosen?
