	VR and Nearly Sufficiently Advanced Psychology. You design a world he 
or she will be raised in which will make them the person you describe. 
Or pretty close, anyway. If you have functional, tailorable AIs, you 
must understand enough about minds to have a good idea how they get to 
be a certain way.

	(Again note that I'm not saying this is a good idea, a moral idea, or 
one that isn't Fated For A Bad End...)
