I think so, but be warned, I've liked all his books barring a
couple of early ones and "Earthquake Weather".

His style has changed from his breakthrough book, TAG,
and it is quite possible that someone who liked that might
not be thrilled with the later works. But if you liked "The Stress of
Her Regard" I think that the later works are well worth
a try, and "Last Call" in particular is a little less dense than
TSOHR.
For what it is worth, my favourite of the later books is either
"Expiration Date" or possibly "Declare".
