Approximately.

You have to understand that some Catholics are really devoted to
the Virgin.  And some aren't.  And I'm one of the latter.  I
sometimes wonder whether a devotion to Mary has to be learned at
one's own mother's knee -- and my mother had been raised a
Presbyterian and was already an atheist when I was born.  She
never quite forgave me for becoming a Catholic.  Well, this other
lady was one of the former group, and I was not about to get into
an argument with her about a topic so dear to her heart.
