Bujold's title as a whole for the sequel to _The Sharing Knife_
was _The Wide Green World_ (rather than _Earth_).  Her publisher 
decided to do _WGW_ as two volumes and continue _The Sharing Knife_ 
as the series title, so they are _The Sharing Knife: Passage_ and
(according to <http://www.dendarii.com/biblio.html>)
_The Sharing 
Knife: Horizon_.
