There was one done as a benefit volume for Electrical Eggs, the
handicap-access-advocacy SF/fantasy fan group; can't think of the
title right now, but I contributed to it. The authors were asked to
provide some autobiographical context for their entries, which made it
interesting.
I should see if I can find my copy. I remember the cover (line art on
white), but not title or editor.
