Why?  Do you always wait for door-to-door salesman to offer you specific
books?  How do you get *anything* read?  As for me, I'm waiting for
somebody to stumble on my doorstep and offer to sell me a plane ticket
to Hawaii.  I have the money and all, and I'd like a vacation, but
nobody seems to come to the door with my itinerary.  Lazy airlines,
no wonder they're doing so poorly.

Again, why?  Why not just go buy it?  The worst you'd face is having to
order it, and there are a buhmillion ways of ordering it, all easy to
find.
It's not even as hard to order as The Nitrogen Fix, and I got that last
year with no tribble a-tal.  Or was that 2006.  Hrm.
