Don't know if you have a specific sf database like ISFDB in mind - so
reply below may be widely off the mark.

Not always the best labels, operates on a small database, & suffers from
Blogger software bug that randomly cuts down long lists generated by
tags. Also, tags are not just about the story themes but also other
aspects of story - like author, publication year, etc - so there are
many more tags than there are themes.
