Firefox is still trying to connect after several minutes, which indicates
it found a DNS entry but isn't getting any HTTP reply from the site.
ping got no responses.
And traceroute coughed up "host unknown", which is kinda odd.
Either the server is down or the DNS entry is corrupt.
