The above led me to have a look at what Google offers on topic of
Farley Mowat. It's a lot. I think Mowat is one of our Great Men of
these times. He upset a few people; critics say he was loose with
the facts in his writings. He answered to effect that he didn't let
the facts interfere with the truth. He also wrote a book I think is
strongly relevant to understanding the kind of people we'll be
seeing in space (hopefully) in coming generations. It's about
people living in tough environments, it's his book, 'The Snow
Walker.' Its topic is Canadian Eskimos; but much in it
translates remarkably to living off-Terra.
