Because the places I've been to doesn't have it! Is that so hard to
understand?
My preferred online dealer doesn't have the book (I check often). I see
amazon.co.uk has recently added it; that's £4.03 for the book, £4.98 for
delivery, add 25% VAT and the £4.03 paperback is now £11.26 ($22.17).
I could order that, but the markup grates.
